I have been really busy this week catching up on the Aall & Crete Challenge which is to do images as a polaroid photo. This is day 12 and there are 31 prompts to be done by, not the end of the month thank goodness, but by the end of March. So if you have some Janet Klein stamps you might want to take a look and do it yourself.
In order to be able to access my stamps easily I took them from the drawer they sit in and put them in a Felix box. Much easier to flick through now but there are still the larger stamps in the drawer but the majority are in the box and I do have an idea which are the larger sets. So, today my desk reflects what I have been doing.
Starting left - my Arteza pens (just started using them, had them a couple of years), jewellery holder behind waiting to be repaired, A4 box with Janet Klein images in cut out and ready - list on top of the prompts and the rules. Promarkers (in Felix boxes, made this years ago), my Polaroid for day 2 Wings, scissors, white pen, snowman pencil from Valetta in America, flesh Promarkers box with cut out cards ready and goodness knows what is in the layers underneath.
The reason for "Wings" being on the desk is that I forgot the white touch in the eyes - all my other Polaroids are in the window sill. Sorry I am not showing them today as I did say I would show you the Handmade Christmas cards received. Maybe next week.
Handmade Christmas Cards (you've seen Cindee's previously so it's not here)
I am so lucky to have so many talented crafty friends. I hope you enjoyed them as much as we did when we had them on display. The commercial cards this year were so beautiful too and have now gone to a friend who makes them into cards for a care home, where her brother was, to sell.
Well, that's it for this week, now to get ahead with the Polaroid making, or maybe I should get my Journal page done for tomorrow. Yes, that's next on the agenda. For now it's over to Julia and WOYWW - CU!
Take care, keep the masks on when needed.

Nice Christmas cards Neet. You have lots of wonderful card making friends. I have to admit making Christmas cards stresses me out, and the cards end up looking messy. Don't ask me why that is how it is; I'm not sure. Have fun with the polaroid challenge. I should try that as my Janet Klein stamps are out. Hugs-Erika
your box of pens is very impressive! good luck with your challenge. Happy WOYWW Helen #6
Looks like a wonderfully 'busy' desk Neet - enjoy your time creating! Those Christmas cards are beautiful - I too love getting handmade cards.
Stay safe
Blessings

Wow what a beautiful array of cards and you're right, a lot of talent there too. No wonder you'e a busy bee with 31 challenges to fulfil - an excellent way to pass the winter months though :) xx
Love seeing all the cards. I wonder how you like the Arteza pens? I have some Chromatek ones (watercolour) that I am trying to get to grips with, and I know Arteza makes lots of different types of pen. Some of my Copics are getting a bit dry so I may want to fill in with different brands to test them out LOL! Very intrigued by the Polaroid challenge. off to hunt up more info....Darn you WOYWW!
:D
Stay Safe & Happy WOYWW!

Wonderful Christmas cards, they are all gorgeous. Have a great day, hugs, Valerie
Wow, what an amazing range of beautiful cards, such a range of designs and all gorgeous! I have kept all mine and recycled them into cards for next Christmas. Get me being prepared! Are you taking a Polaroid of what you’ve made or is it just the shape and size of a photo? Interesting idea, something to get your teeth into but with a wide range of possibilities.
Hugs LLJ 3 xxx
Beautiful Christmas cards, all very different. I look forward to seeing your challenge results. Happy WOYWW Angela #4
What a stunning collection of cards. I love how your desk is so tidy and organised ready for your challenges - sounds like you have a busy and enjoyable time ahead. I must get back to some collages when I can get to my desk through all the sorting I'm doing! I was just about to ask how the work had to connect to Polaroids but I notice Jan has asked the same thing - glad I'm not the only one who didn't know!!
Hope you have a lovely week,
Diana xx #15
How lucky you are having so many talented friend. Lovely Christmas cards 💖
I love all the Christmas cards! So hard to choose a favourite, there are several I really like! Your desk looks all ready for projects! I'm looking forward to seeing your polaroid's next week! Have a great week, stay safe, Lindart #21
Gosh that's a gorgeous collection of cards, love them. I'm wondering what a Felix box might be? I have to admit to being obsessed with boxes and find it very difficult to throw them away, card, plastic, I keep them all but there will have to be a clear out! Happy woyww, Angela x13x
Hi Neet, wowee some lovely cards there! I'm intrigued by the Felix box - is that something you recycled? I just recycled all my Tombow pen boxes into a Distress Oxide ink holder. So long as it doesn't collapse, I'll be very happy! I've never used Arteza pens, but I'm OK with the Tombows and Promarkers for now. 31 challenges, oh my, I'd be overwhelmed at the thought of fitting all those in, but I look forward to seeing the results, if anyone can do it you can! Have a lovely week, hugs Heather xx #20
Love your desk this week, and the collection of cards is beautiful. Happy WOYWW. With love & God Bless, Caro xx (#16)
What lovely Christmas cards indeed Neet. Look forward to seeing your finished polaroids. I don't have any of the Janet Klein figures although I do have some Aall and Create stamps. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #7
Well now I know what a Felix box is!! I bet there’s a reason they’re called Felix?? The Polaroid challenge looks great noun I must say, , I might try a few but certainly won’t be able to fulfill them all, have just taken on a scrapping challenge which already feels too much!! Your Christmas cards were lovely weren’t they, each and every one. Jan and I were video calling yesterday, showing each other the various ones we got too, such treasure!
Hi Neet!! What a lot of Christmas cards. Completely forgot about posting mine this week, maybe next. Love your little polaroids you have been posting. Have a good week, love n hugs, Cindy xx
Now I "get" Felix box and I love all those pens and the Janet Klein dolls.
I think I forgot to mention how very talented all your friends are at making cards. I'm not a card maker, so having made some this year really stressed me. From seeing these, I can't imagine what it was like for many of these women before dies an die cutter machines were invented.
