Well, I have been saying for weeks that I would show you the book I made with the Janet Klein figures ins it so here - at along long last - is a video showing all the pages. Excuse the state of it but it was done at the last minute as per usual. The photo below shows it when it is open and spread out

This is my attempt to get ready for the workshop I am doing this weekend - well three days actually. It is another Tracy Evans one and she has kindly told us what we can get ready for it so we don't have to fussy cut on the day if we don't want to. She will allow cutting time during the classes but for someone like me who manages about ten minutes and has to give up on account of my back pain it is great when you can get things more or less ready. That way I can play catch up throughout the remainder of the day. So next week I will have another book to show you.

Health Update:
Have had a bad few weeks with my back but the good news is that I secured an appointment with my Chiropractor this morning so I won't know if my video has worked or not until I get back home.
ps well the video works but gosh don't I sound out of breath and obviously unrehearsed. Ah well, the ravages of time!
