This is for a young man of whom I am very very fond and he has a birthday coming up. Maybe the image is a little young for him but it is a new stamp (Joanna Sheen) and I really didn't know what to do for him. It's rather plain but it is going overseas so I had to keep the cost down for mailing.
I originally went for a different image but made such a mess of it with my Promarkers that I ditched it and went for this instead (incidentally coloured with Caran D'Ache)
I realised I had not shown you my cousin's birthday card - she is 80 (I was her bridesmaid when I was a titch of a thing) but she does not look it despite having health problems. In fact, I cannot believe she is 80 - hope I have not got it wrong.
This is using my favourite image (well one of my faves) which I have stamped in Sepia. The card is a double one, brown cardstock for the main layer with a layer of peachy pink cardstock (thinner so it went through the MS punch) on top and then scrapbook paper on top of that. Images are double mounted to give a small darker border and the flowers were edged with Rusty Hinge Distress Ink.
I am entering this in the Challenge over on Craft Your Days Away which is Vintage - and Class Act Insider - and I might do another later as I love Vintage.

Will show you the other one when the recipient has it but in the meantime the sun is shining, it's bloomin' hot for a change and I guess I should get a bit of sunshine on this milk bottle body of mine. See you later!
