The tag is inked with Rusty Hinge and Tumbled Glass but is on a piece of scrap blue cardstock so has come out quite different - I then put Aged Mahogany around the edges to bring it more into the colours used in the background. The image is from Paperartsy (old one so you will all recognise it) and the clock face is highlighted with a generous 'blob' of Glossy Accents.
Not sure who the swirls are by as they are clear ones and I forgot to name them on the sheet on which they are stored.
