Another week has gone by and the past week has been an enjoyable one because Mr Mojo came back to bite me on the bum and I produced stuff. Not jaw dropping stuff but stuff all the same. Blame Marjie Kemper for doing a 5 day challenge which was doing a page a day in a sort of junk journal. I paid my dues and joined in. Won't say we made two pages each day, or even one because some days we prepped pageS for the following days. Anyway, here is what I ended up with:
Top L is a paper bag, bottom R cereal box
Top R is washi tape
Well, after crafting each evening for an hour Mr Mojo was definitely back and so on Friday night I immediately signed up for a workshop with Jo Rice.
Jo used hearts where I have used stars
I loved that card and was raring to go on another so I got my journal our and made a similar page in my journal.
Now if I show you my desk as it is this morning (and was last night) you will think it is staged. Well, you might be kind of correct but it isn't, it is just waiting for me to decide which stamps I am going to use in my next layout which is going to be along the same lines but with different stamps. Can't wait to get started.
Was raring to go both Monday and Tuesday but other things got in the way so it is all ready for me to get going today. But first of all I have to order the correct Distress oxide Spray - I ordered Bundled Sage when I meant Frayed Burlap. Doh, still am a dizzy blonde despite the blonde having faded over the years.
Well, see you all next week on
WOYWW when I hope the mojo has kept working, but in the meantime here is my desk today - I am off now for a snoop at other desks. Toodle Pip!
and here is space around the corner

glad you've been enjoying being crafty and mostly that you have been able to do so without (hopefully) your back being too troublesome! The piece for the Jo Rice class is fantastic! Take care and stay safe... Helen #?
Great to see your mojo returned this week. I can but only imagine all the fun you've had grabbing all your mixed media stash and making a whole junk journal book. Wonderful colourful pages. And I love your Jo Rice card and page too. I love how it all pops off a white background. Hope your mojo continues P xxxxxxxxx
Oh my. I do love all of those pages. I have joined in with a few classes but as yet have not managed to do them - I just always have 1000 ideas competing in my head to get to the head of the line. I really must make more of an effort to work thru them - stupid to buy them and not do them! I do the same as you too - piles of options on my desk waiting to be selected!
Happy WOYWW - NOT at the hospital today but with a thumping headache yet determined to WOYWW nonetheless! Best day of my week…

Sometimes joining in with others is just what you need to get you in the mood to craft again and it looks as though it worked. Loving the Jo Rice project it lovely. You were right about the dragon mould, it was not easy persuading him out but I've got some release spray now so going to try that. The problem is because the dragon is quite thick in the center the resin gets hot as it sets and hangs on to the mould so you have to be very careful releasing it so as not cause any damage. I know I'm crazy starting yet another technique but I do love them. Take care and have a lovely creative woyww, Angela x18x
Adore your "plant the seeds of hope" page/card and the other hope sentiment too, that's what we all need right now. Might need to find me a workshop as it's got your mojo sorted. BJ#11
So good to see you've found your mojo. Really love all you've been doing.
Hugs,

Ooh you have been a busy bee - especially love those butterfly pages!! The lady image is a really powerful one too, I have a feeling there was a similar stamp image back in the day but a backwards view if you get my drift. For some reason I don't have either of them. Glad you've found some mojo - mine's around here somewhere!! Only just saw your comment about last week's card - I will see if I can find a link and send to you, it wasn't difficult. Glad to hear you've had the vax!! Happy WOYWW, stay safe, stay well, Cindyxx #8
It;s lovely to se the sheer enjoyment you’ve had creating those pieces over the past week Neet! I like them all but my favourites are the ones where you swapped the stars for the hearts, really lovely. Have you got any other workshops lined up? You’re so good at finding them out and joining in, they must be a great source of inspiration. Am glad that all is going ok at home too and very pleased about the jab!!
Keep warm and safe,

Wonderful pages. I have never followed on line tutorials, just can't imagine it. Love the blue butterfly pages.
Have a good week

Hi Neet, glad your mojo has returned. Your junk journal pages are fab - I love the green eyes, and the flowers on black. I added some black pages to my junk journal this week. I've watched a few of Jo Rice's tutorials for Lavinia Stamps - some great ideas. I think I was even going to book on one of her workshops before lockdown. She sent me details of some in Anglesey and some up in Cumbria I think. Very tidy desks you have - I can see why you are raring to go with some more crafting. Hope all went well on Monday. I've another couple of months to wait! Thansk for visiting earlier - the journal pages are all in a binder, like a filofax type, at the moment. I might leave them in there, depends how full it gets. The Alice was a print, I'm not that good at drawing- but I might give it a go one day. The other pages are a combination of stamps, and a couple of cut outs, and lots of lettering that I'm practising. Really its just a big combination of anything that takes my interest, and involves lots of colour! No style or plan being followed, but that's the fun of it. Have a lovely week, hugs Heather xx #21
Yay for Mr Mojo! I love the variety in your pieces and I think my favourite is the orangey cogs on the black background because it really jumps out. Stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #10
Fantastic! Mojo is a welcomed friend ~ (that's the name of my cat) sounds like you enjoyed the workshops and the results are wonderful. I like the card and journal page you created from jo's workshop too. Enjoy the rest of your week ~ Love, Karen#32
Loving the results of your rampant mojo Neet. Glad it's back! Looks like a cool workshop with Jo rice. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #3
Neet those pages are AWESOME!! I love every one of them! They may not be draw dropping to you, but I love them!! You DO have your mojo on! LOVE those stamps in the last photo. I want them ALL!!! LOLOL Keep crafting, you are on a roll! Stay safe and healthy! Felicia #28
Great pages, Neet, and I'm glad you are enjoying all your online courses so much. The results certainly speak for themselves. Best of all, the return of Mr. Mojo! He does tend to vanish without trace at times. I wonder if he's really an Australian and has to go walkabout sometimes.
Thank you for your visit, and it's nice to know that our kitties bring you joy week by week! They certainly do for us on a daily basis! I shall take your advice and make a few more of the latest kitty squares. I am quite pleased with the first one and I suppose it's worth the effort, but it took a lot longer than a regular one! I agree about the pink too - I didn't want to add too much colour to what is effectively going to be a monochrome throw, but tiny accents are OK, I think.
I like my veggies al dente too (apart from carrots - hate hard carrots!!) but I do struggle with the dark leafy greens (apart from cabbage which I enjoy). These are the most beneficial, so I think it is worth my while making the smoothie bowls. I wouldn't want to eat them without the texture of the toppings, though. The crunch with the smoothness is really delicious. I'm a bit obsessed with chewing, having an ileostomy - I always say my theme chewn is the Chattanooga Chew Chew lol! The only problem with all the chewing is that I am a very slow eater! My hubby doesn't chew his food nearly enough and just hoovers it up and it's gone in an instant, but I always make him wait for me before he starts his pudding lol! Let it go down a bit first! I think Ruby takes after him. She always eats much too fast and then has a go at Lily's bowl if we don't keep an eye on her, and she's sometimes sick straight after supper because she's been so greedy!
Happy WOYWW,

What a lot of gorgeousness to enjoy on your blog today. So many lovely pages and cards and the desk is looking very organised as well. So nice to see you have your mojo back. IN answer to your comment on my blog - the blue hat is a relatively new addition - I was swimming in a grey and pink one before so decided to use that on the page as it would stand out better.
Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay safe, with love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#14)
HI Neet, I love the idea of dangling the stars from a string :) these are all really cool designs. YAY for some play time too. ~Stacy #33
So glad your mojo turned up again and your work is lovely, I love the dreamer of dreams,
Take care and stay safe,

Happy WOYWW. I think you must have my Mr Mojo. My problem at the moment is that other things are taking up most of my time. I have to remind myself that I can just do a quick craft session. Ali x. #26
I think my first comment disappeared but you might get two! Yay for Mr Mojo returning. Your pages are all different and I love that but I was particularly drawn to the orangey cogs on the dark background because it jumped out at me. Stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #10
Hello Neet, always lovely to see what you have been creating. Such beautiful pages and I can see the mojo keeps growing the more you do. Have been busy in my part of the world but also laaaazy. Stay safe

So glad to hear your mojo has returned Neet - isn't it frustrating when you order the wrong 'stuff!!
Loving the results you have shown, especially the last tow pieces
Stay safe - and motivated
Blessings
Maxine
I love your journal! Such a nice variety of stuff but I especially like the composition and the variation in the amount on the background. I really think it turned out beautifully! So glad you're inspired, too. Long may it continue :-)

Wow, so many beautiful and inspiring pieces! Glad your mojo came back and your craft desk is still so tidy ...lol 😉. Happy wishes! Hugs, Jo x
Hi Neet! I do that with my desk too, lay things out for me to work on. I love the fairies, I have a very similar set of stamps as the girl, from Meer Image, but I never (for some strange reason) thought of putting wings on them. Will do now! I love Marjie Kemper, she has such great ideas (most of which I get from Pinterest) but I have done a couple of workshops with her as well. Have a great week and stay safe! Lindart #34
The mojo certainly is working. Well done lovely pages. Keep going x Angela #15
Hi Neet! My "cold" desk is in a room in my house that is a good 5° colder than the rest of the house, and the house is cold enough as is! My "warm" desk is in my office, in a sunny window, with a heating vent at my feet! Glad to find another Dylusions fan! Lindart
Lots of great creations - so many! Your Mojo definitely came on strong. Everyone of them is fabulous. Love the green page the most but all are very well done. Super card and matching page too. I definitely need to take some workshops! Fun and pretty stuff here. Your desk is delightful too. Hugz
Busy busy busy!
I did that 5 day junk journal when it was advertised before! Great fun!
Like the other things you did too...
Happy WOYWW - sorry I am late visiting.
Stay safe and keep well.
