I hope some of you looked at my post on Friday of last week which I did for Annie's Smiles - I found those photos of me so amusing.
Week before last I showed you two of the three cards I had made. Here is the third - a birthday card for my journalling buddy, Wendy.
Craft-room-wise things have not changed - it will be a while before I can show you the craftroom which is going to look pretty much the same as the old one - apart from the door will be missing behind the tall cupboard on the left as you walk in. A lot more stuff has gone but I am still keeping some things in my craftroom , on the worktop in boxes, so that if I feel like a bit of crafting I can get on with it. Providing I can find things that is. Hopefully though the bathroom will be being started next week so things will go from chaotic to "chaoticer".
So my desk this week - well that has changed because I am in Hartlepool for a few days. I have gone up north to see my friend Dot.
Here it is:
Hope it has all I need
A Dyary tag page I have been colouring
and a flower page below
You can see Tracy Scott's new images at the top (pink) which she kindly allowed me to stamp and you will see that I now need to do the left hand side of both pages in my Dyary. You would be surprised by what is underneath that open Dyary.
A box full of bits so I can do some doodling in my mini journal and my Dyary whilst I am on the move. Who wants to sit and watch tv in a hotel room when there are lots of good things one can do craftwise?
Let's hop over to see what our Julia is up to.

Hope you're having a lovely time my friend and your building chaos gets done soon.
Big hugs,
Annie x
Good luck Neet with all the building work, it will be worth it for sure.
I'll pop over to Annie's and see what you've put there to make us smile.
Have a good week

Love your portable crafting kit. And your Diary is beginning to look fabulously colourful, especially with those doodled flowers. Enjoy your stay in Hartlepool. P xx
Enjoy your time Up North, Neet. You look as if you are taking some lovely things to do.

Have fun in Harrogate. I don't know how you manage to choose stuff for a small case like that. You're right about crafting being a good way to spend time in hotel rooms though! Sarah #17
Happy WOYWW. Enjoy your trip. I always fully intend to do some sketching when I am out and about, but never seem to get round to it. I bought myself a mini watercolour set from T K Maxx, but that has stayed in the craft room so far. Ali x #23
The pics of you clambering over the chairs made me laugh! I'm so glad you had such a good time in Port Sunlight :-D. I think the word chaoticer should be included in the OED - it's very apt for a large percentage of my life at the moment!! Have fun in Hartlepool with your friend, I used to do sports OBs there when I worked for Tyne Tees TV!!

Glad to see you do portable desking, too,
Neet! I loved your Annie's smiles photos - I rarely like the photos of me, it's good to be able to laugh at ourselves. Have a great week, hugs, Lynne #37
Super dyary pages and lovely card too. Thanks for the visit. BJ#4
You may even discover that a different environment makes your craft-brain work differently and come up with something totally unexpected! Enjoy your hotel stay :)
Have a Wonderful Wednesday!

I like your Follower greeting! I've never thought to do that before. I think that's what everybody should try and remember. I know what you mean about those Follow links. I've found myself in dead ends often.
Happy WOYWW

Hi Neet, hope your trip is going well and you're having a nice time. I'm just the same when I go anywhere I have to take some crafty stuff with me, you never know when you might get the chance to do a bit. Have a great crafty week and a happy woyww, Angela x15x
Enjoy your doodling while travelling - I stamped some images and printed others and coloured them whilst at the Hospice last month.

those stamps are awesome, crafting outside with limited supplies has given me the idea of packing a little suitcase this summer when we go to the South of France, hope my husband lets me :-) have a nice weekend, vicky #5
Hi Neet. Busy whilst away, I see. What a good time you have been having. The pages are lovely - just a little something for on the move, as you say.
No, I've not been that well. Went down very suddenly with what I thought was a cold - but seemed to be a lot worse than that - but not quite flu either. It took me a good two weeks to really start feeling human again - but thankfully have been able to really enjoy my time this week with my college friends. Hard to remember we are not all still 18 as we were when we first met!!! Two years, our 50th year of knowing one another, and we hope to meet up in Matlock where we were all at college!
Take care. God bless.
